After School Program – We provide a fun and safe place for middle school students to participate in various activities including games, crafts, sports, cooking, baking, and what we call “Real Talk” where we discuss issues teens face today. Snacks and drinks are always provided. We are open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00-6:00 in the Activities Center at Streams of Hope (280 – 60th St. Grand Rapids, 49548). Come check us out! Spring GR Entrepreneurial Program
Ever dream of starting your own business and being your own boss? Streams of Hope has an exciting new community program called Spring GR !! Spring GR is a training, mentoring and networking program designed to help emerging entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving businesses!
Do you or someone you know have an entrepreneurial spirit ? Spring GR’s business program could be the perfect fit!

Homework Help – This program is open to all middle and high school students who are looking for some help with their school work or just a place to get their work done. We meet every Thursday from 3:30-5:00 in the Food Center Building at Streams of Hope Community Center (280 – 60th St. Grand Rapids, 49548). Students will have access to a Math Professor, iPads, graphing calculators, and free Wi-Fi. Snacks and drinks are provided. Students should come with their own work (test review sheet, assignment, questions, etc). No sign-up necessary; just show up. World Cup Readers Summer Camp
Students entering grades 1-5 in the fall of 2016 will have a chance to read, learn about different countries , play games and learn new soccer skills. We meet one night per week in the summer for 1 1/2 hours and end our night with a hot dog cook out. Dates for Summer 2016 to be determined. Cooking Matters is a participatory cooking class led by a certified Nutritionist from the YMCA. You will create the recipes yourself and sample the food you create. Tuesdays 10am-12pm, Mar 8 through Apr 12, 2016. Email email@example.com for more information or to sign up.
